- Managing an emergency (hands-on)
- First aider roles and responsibilities
- Communication and casualty care
- Infant and child CPR
- Unresponsive baby or child
- Choking (baby/child)
- Allergic reactions
- Minor and severe bleeding
- Seizures
- Shock

Assessment
- Assessment: Quizzes, trainer observation, and written tasks.
- Certification: Recognised Paediatric First Aid certificate, valid for three years.
